The Bonsai Tigerstripe Asym Parka has been designed for optimal water resistance and constructed from a 3-layer recycled micro ripstop with a 10k water column. Finished with taped seams, sealed zippers, adjustable tailored hood and cinchable cuffs to provide further protection in inclement weather conditions. Internal carry straps have been applied to allow for convenient transportation when unworn. 

This lightweight technical shell parka piece gets it's Maharishi credentials through the subtly angled diagonal closure that echoes the paradigms of duality and irregularity, exemplified within Japanese traditions; deliberately placing objects out of order actually conveys the symmetry of the natural world, and it brings about the idea of maintaining balance and harmony. 

All-over DPM: Bonsai Tigerstripe has been featured on the parka. This latest iteration of Maharishi's house pattern is layered with deeper symbolism, where the disruptive stripes are infiltrated by icons of peace — the original dragon, heavenly clouds, and meditative imagery that transform a once combative design into one that carries balance and reflection.
